Thomas Stewart Becker rose to fame with his portrayal in the sci-fi show, Doctor Who and has earned the distinction of being the only actor to have played the title role for so long. He served in the Royal Army Medical Corps as well as the Merchant Navy and went on to join the famous Royal National Theatre with the aspiration of becoming an actor.
He is currently married to Sue Jerrard, whom he met during the shoot of Doctor Who. Sue was working as an assistant editor of the show. They have successfully carried everything on their shoulders and have taken some positive decisions in this marital companionship that has encompassed 33 years. We wish to see them together always!
