David Bowie is considered to be one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century. Bowie started in the ‘60s and had a wide variety of music styles. David purchased and built a grandiose house in Mustique originally named as Britannia Bay House. The Mandalay Estate is considered one of the cool mansions built on the island. Sadly, after the death of Bowie, the property was purchased by British entrepreneur Simon Dolan for ‘only’ $18 million in 2014.
