Recently, Billy Joel listed his real estate in Long Island for $32.5 million. The Piano Man singer bought the property for $22.5 million. The next owner would enjoy the 2-bedroom 2-bath, guest cottage, beach house, tennis court, and bowling alley. In the past years, Joel has made a lot of renovations to the place, including the indoor pool which he also turned into a music room. According to Joel, he decided to sell as he couldn’t build a dock for his three boats.
