Carrie Fisher has already appeared on our list because of her insane resemblance to her daughter Billie, but Fisher was actually a second-generation actress herself. Her mother Debbie Reynolds was a breakout star in the ’50s, singing and dancing her way through movies like Singin’ in the Rain and Tammy and the Bachelor.
The musically-trained Reynolds walked down the aisle with actor Eddie Fisher in 1955 and gave birth to Carrie in 1956. And although Carrie struggled with weight loss and body image issues, she shared her mother’s charismatic beauty and quick wit. Fisher was a Primetime Emmy Award winner and famous for many entertainments works like her mother was. Sadly, Fisher and Reynolds died within one day of each other in December 2016. In 2017, Fisher became a posthumous Disney legend as she was awarded a Grammy Award posthumously for Best Spoken Word Album.
