Catherine Bach originated the character of Daisy Duke on The Dukes of Hazzard and made that role’s signature short shorts a fashion staple. She is also well appreciated and remembered for her role as ‘Margo Dutton’ in African Skies. She is also recognized for starring in The Young and the Restless, a popular daytime soap opera on CBS. Bach first entered the entertainment industry in the 1970s and found quick success, thanks to her striking figure – particularly, her long legs, and has insurance for $1 million.
Now 63, Bach has kept herself toned and has avoided any significant weight gain by engaging in regular exercises like yoga with her two daughters. The hard work seems to have served her well, as Catherine is still finding work, making regular appearances on the soap opera The Young and the Restless since 2012.
