If you’ve been keeping up with the Kardashians, then you’ve probably noticed how Kylie Jenner’s former best girlfriend and right-hand woman Jordyn Woods has been looking extra fit these days.
While the 21-year-old model has always had a lovely figure, she’s recently dropped some serious pounds and is looking better than ever despite the current drama she’s in with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Aside from appearing in her former BFF’s reality show, Woods has made a name for herself as a plus size model.
Grinding Hard at the Gym
Wods’ new found commitment to her overall health is mostly focussed on working out. In fact, she’s even said that she has become addicted with going to the gym for her daily grind.
So, what does Woods’ workout routine look like?
Apparently, it’s a mix of cardio through walking or jogging, lifting weights and doing squats. She usually begins her workout with a 20 to 30-minute cardio session as a warm up and follows it with an ab workout. Afterwards, she’ll do exercises depending on which part of the body she’s focussing on on that day.
Woods also emphasized the importance of a good diet when it comes to fitness but she admits that she still has a lot of work to do on herself in the food department.

Doing cardio and weight lifting in a workout session has been proven to aid in faster fat loss.
The Secret
But aside from her workout routine, Woods also has one secret to share when it comes to getting in shape: consistency.
She believes that consistently doing a form of exercise each day, may it be walking or lifting, contributes to whatever fitness goals a person may have.
Woods realized how consistency in her workouts helped her body change so fast when she looked back at videos of her exercising a few months prior and realized how different her body looked in the videos.
Inspiring Others and Launching a Clothing Line
Not content with just improving herself, Woods also makes it a point to inspire other people to do something they want to do by posting her workout sessions on her Instagram where she has over 9 million followers.
And it’s a two-way street, as Woods also finds inspiration and enthusiasm when she sees her followers doing something they love.

Inspired by her new active lifestyle, Woods has launched her own line of size-inclusive activewear called Secndnture in mid-2018. The body positive line features 80s-inspired gym-ready clothes in sizes from XS to 2X.
Secndnture carries everything from leggings to sports bras and even windbreakers for women who like exercising outside.
Getting “Too Skinny”
Unfortunately, Woods’ fitter body and healthy lifestyle also drew criticism from people who thinks that her recent weight loss contradicts her claim that she loves her body and fears that she might get too skinny.
In an interview with Teen Vogue, Woods clapped back against the naysayers and said that the number on the scale has never been the focal point of her fitness journey. Her considerable weight loss is just a side bonus of her decision to finally take charge of her body and health.
