Marissa Jaret Winokur went from an unhealthy lifestyle to a very active lifestyle. Her diet consists of consuming 1,200-1,800 calories a day. She entered a workout program called Cardio barre which is basically cardio mixed with ballet and also did some running and swimming. She lost around 45 pounds. Winokur enjoyed a successful weight loss journey, but she also achieved success on TV as well, as, in 2018, she became the winner of Celebrity Big Brother.
