Susan Sarandon appeared on a Friends episode back in 2001. She portrayed Cecilia, a woman Joey ends up falling in love with. However, when she appeared in the hit sitcom, she was already one of the biggest female stars in Hollywood; having starred in classic films like Atlantic City, Thelma & Louise, and Dead Man Walking. Sarandon has won an Oscar as well as a BAFTA Award. Despite her success, she doesn’t only care about her bank account as she’s engaged in many different humanitarian projects and political activism. Now, she’s expected to star in the upcoming film Going Places.
