9 Kardashian Weight Loss Tips That May Actually Work

The Kardashian sisters are everywhere. Seriously, it’s amazing. No one knows how they got to be so famous, but we do know that its astonishing. Whats more astonishing, is how much weight this family has gained and lost ever since becoming so popular. So, who knows, maybe their tips do work. What have we got to lose?
Limit your calorie intake.
Colette Heimowitz, Kim’s nutritionist, revealed once that Kim doesn’t eat more than 1,800 calories a day, which is the standard amount for a woman her size and age in order to maintain her current weight. While counting calories is not easy and can get quite obsessive and controlling, in order to lose weight it is essential to watch over how many calories you consume. Bear in mind this does not mean you should be having 2 slice of chocolate cake and then nothing all day long – right? You should be maintaining a healthy and balance diet, but if for example you had a bit too much on your brunch on Sunday, you can eat lighter and healthier food on Sunday dinner. Logical.
Find an exercise you love – instead of comfort food.
Khloé revealed that she, like all of us, used to eat out of habit, and to overcompensate when she was bored or unhappy, but she since dumped that habit., and switched to watching bad reality TV. Wait, what? She claims thats instead of eating, when she is bored or unhappy – she turns to exercise, watching reality TV while on an elliptical. That is a very healthy habit, we must say. Experts will also tell you that working out when in a bad emotional state will definitely improve your mood and relieve your anxiety, as well as help you lose weight!
Set Some Realistic Goals.
If you aren’t following her on Snapchat, we’ll fill you up. Kim has been very open about her goal of reaching her 2010 weight, posting on Snapchat how much she’s got left. Doctors suggest having a realistic target weight and keeping tabs on the process will keep you determined and driven.
Don’t change your food intake if you worked out today.
Heimowitz, Kim’s nutritionist, also said Kim is eating roughly the same amount of food regardless of whether she had worked out that day. The nutritionist said that since she is in taking about 1,800 calories a day with a healthy protein-filled diet, there is no need to add anything more. Doctors agree, that as long as you are not an expert athlete doing very intense training, and that you are in fact getting enough protein in your diet, you shouldn’t increase your calorie intake in the days you work out.
Try to have 12 cups of detox tea every day.
Now that’s one you should definitely listen to as it comes from stunning Kendall, who drinks about 12 cups of Kusmi Detox Tea during the day. Experts say that it would almost be impossible to have too much decaf tea, so you might as well have as much as you can.
Eat the same breakfast everyday in the winter and a different one in the summer.
Kourtney says she is a girl of habits. She allegedly has the same breakfast every day for a period six months, and then changes it with another one to follow every day for the remaining six months of the year.
Some experts agree, saying that eating the same meal regularly is known as stimulus-narrowing, a strategy that reduces your options to help you eat fewer calories, which can result in weight loss, according to Dr. Seltzer. (It comes down to personal preference — if eating oatmeal day in and day out bores you, and ultimately triggers cravings for other foods, this one’s probably not for you.
Eat plenty of protein, about 3-4 servings a day
Kim’s diet regime consists of a 6-ounce serving of protein in every single meal of her day. Doctors agree, saying protein is vital to kip you full, and for maintaining muscle mass when trying to get rid of fats.
Drink Protein Shakes For Breakfast.
Having a protein shake made with various combinations of berries, banana, apple, nonfat yogurt, milk, almonds, cinnamon, and some protein powder, is a super healthy and nutritious way to start your day. Many doctors agree with Kourtney, who has one of these every morning to maintain her weight.
Packaged energy bars will save you.
Kim’s diet reveals she snacks on an energy bar as part of her Atkins food plan. The bar she usually has is a 150 calorie bar which contains plenty of carbs and weird ingredients, including artificial sweeteners. Although some will tell you that these so-called healthy products are actually not healthy and very processed, some will also tell you it is still OK for your weight loss diet as contain plenty of fiber to keep you full for a long period of time.
