Lecy Goranson -Sarah Chalke -Lecy Goranson & Sarah Chalke – ‘Roseanne’
It was Lecy Goranson who played the character of Becky Conner in Roseanne initially. She continued portraying the role in the television series for the first five years or so. However, college and classes forced her to opt-out after the fifth series and it was Sarah Chalke who was selected for the role in the 6th and 7th series.
Goranson made her way back in the 8th season, but couldn’t appear in all the episodes. As a result, the episodes in which Goranson failed to appear, Chalke stepped into her shoes.
Before the ninth season commenced, Chalked returned to play Becky Conner full-time. Both Goranson and Chalke returned in The Conners and Roseanne revival and appeared together on screen. That’s indeed a bit confusing
