John Allen Astin is an actor who needs no introduction. He made his debut in the 1950s and since then, has been a crucial part of the entertainment world. John Astin has appeared in quite a number of successful films throughout his career, with some of them being The Frighteners, West Side Story, and National Lampoon Vacation’s European Vacation. However, everyone recognizes Astin as the patriarch from our favorite spooky family, The Addams Family, where he portrayed Gomez Adams.

He reprised his role in many of the original series’ movies which were released after the show’s success. Having amassed a lot of bucks in his retirement account, he could have just settled down for a quiet life. But he’s still active and has done voice acting for Justice League Action in 2018, and had quite a few projects in 2019 too. We hope to see him more often this year and the years ahead too. That’s because the 90-year-old actor doesn’t plan on retiring anytime soon.
