Stars From Hollywood’s Golden Era Who Are Surprisingly Still Alive And Kicking – Find Out What They’re Up To Now
Russ Tamblyn – 1934
Born as Russell Irving “Russ” Tamblyn, he rose to fame as Russ Tamblyn. Russell Tamblyn has appeared in many films and musicals that Richard Beymer also starred in, though his career can be characterized as “more successful”. As a child, Tamblyn had already started acting and dancing. His acrobatic moves, due to his past as a gymnastics athlete, helped him land many roles in prominent musicals of his time, with him quickly raising his salary.
His most notable acting projects include Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Peyton Place, , and others. Tamblyn also appeared in Twin Peaks and also appearing in its recent revival series. His most recent role was in Netflix’s hit 2018 series, The Haunting Of Hill House. The 85-year-old actor is not planning on retiring anytime soon and we couldn’t be happier. We are sure, by the time he plans a retirement, his fortune would increase by several folds from the current $3 million.
