As of this year, she is one of the few surviving members of the cast of The Wizard of Oz, although she didn’t get film credit for her role. Caren’s plane crashed in 1949 and her doctors said she would never dance again. But she managed to recover and proved them wrong and at 101 years old, she continues to shake a leg.
