Fringed clothing was trendy in the ’60s. And artists like the famous Jimmy Hendrix only helped increase its popularity. We hope you didn’t assume fans trying to look like their favorite celebrities was a habit that only originated in this present generation.
Anyway, our young miss in the messy bob seems to be having a wonderful time. And we’re going to go out on a limb here and say Hendrix inspired her outfit. The long fringe and tiny beads moving in the wind as she danced must have made quite a hypnotic sight. But who knows how she fared when the rain came pouring down.
